REGISTRATION NOTES: You must sign-in to the Member Center to receive the member rate. If you do not remember your password, please call 843-779-7009.

Prior to registering, please check how your name is listed on your NPL and include it in the registration field. Please also include your national producer's license number. By doing this, we will avoid having the submission for your CE delayed because the NPL number and name do not match. In many cases, middle names or middle initials are included on your license.

For Student Registration: Please use your school email as verification.

Event Sponsors will be given first priority in the Exhibit Hall and assigned in order of sponsor commitment and date paid. To quickly secure your sponsorship, please register and complete your invoice with payment due by February 17, 2023We applaud you for seeing the value in our vision and hope to continue to work together in the years ahead.

SPECIAL NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS - As of March 1, there is one exhibitor table left for the Annual Symposium on March 16. 

Payment: Your invoice can be paid by check and mailed to South Carolina Association of Health Underwriters • P.O. Box 80994 • Charleston, SC 29416 or you can pay by credit card on the SCAHU website.

Room Reservations: SCAHU has negotiated a discounted room rate of $169 per night plus fees and taxes at the Hilton Columbia Center. The deadline for the group rate is February 20, 2023. You may call the hotel directly at 803-744-7800 or make your reservation hereRooms are limited! 

A nearby hotel option is the Hampton Inn - Downtown Columbia. The hotel is approximately 1/2 mile from the Pastides Center. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
SCAHU has a staggered cancellation/refund policy: 

  • 100% refund on 2022 Annual Conference cancellations made on or before February 10, 2023.  
  • 50% refund on 2022 Annual Conference cancellations made February 11 – February 28, 2023. 
  • No refunds on cancellations made on or after March 1, 2023. 

Please note, canceling your Annual Conference Registration will not cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to avoid unwanted charges if you must cancel your room reservation.
