Payment: Your invoice can be paid by check and mailed to South Carolina Association of Health Underwriters • P.O. Box 80994 • Charleston, SC 29416 or you can pay by credit card on the SCAHU website.
Room Reservations: SCAHU has negotiated a discounted room rate of $169 per night plus fees and taxes at the Hilton Columbia Center. The deadline for the group rate is February 20, 2023. You may call the hotel directly at 803-744-7800 or make your reservation here. Rooms are limited!
A nearby hotel option is the Hampton Inn - Downtown Columbia. The hotel is approximately 1/2 mile from the Pastides Center.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
SCAHU has a staggered cancellation/refund policy:
- 100% refund on 2022 Annual Conference cancellations made on or before February 10, 2023.
- 50% refund on 2022 Annual Conference cancellations made February 11 – February 28, 2023.
- No refunds on cancellations made on or after March 1, 2023.
Please note, canceling your Annual Conference Registration will not cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to avoid unwanted charges if you must cancel your room reservation.
