Room Reservations: SCAHU has negotiated a discounted room rate of $175 per night plus fees and taxes at the Hilton Columbia Center. The deadline for the group rate is February 15, 2024. You may call the hotel directly at 803-744-7800 or make your reservation here. Rooms are limited!
A nearby hotel option is the Hampton Inn - Downtown Columbia. The hotel is approximately 1/2 mile from the Pastides Center.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
SCAHU has a staggered cancellation/refund policy:
- 100% refund on 2022 Annual Conference cancellations made on or before February 8, 2024.
- 50% refund on 2022 Annual Conference cancellations made February 9 – February 23, 2024.
- No refunds on cancellations made on or after February 24, 2024.
Please note, canceling your Annual Conference Registration will not cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to avoid unwanted charges if you must cancel your room reservation.
